Gosforth won by 6 sets to 2 and by 39 games to 28

Up against the formidable “Trousdales” it was always going to be difficult for Shotley and so it proved with Lisa & Phil taking our 2 sets against the Gosforth 2nd pair. Silvia and Ian lost 2 very tight sets but went down easily in two others.
