FREE - NEW WALKING SPORTS PROGRAMME

Start the New Year off on the right foot with our new Walking Sports programme. Every Wednesday between 12.30 and 2.30pm, we are offering a free programme of Walking Sports - gentle, low impact & low intensity classes for those aged 45+ who are looking for an easy and unchallenging path back to exercise, good health and fitness.

A wide range of sports is on offer to all participants, with activity reflecting demand. So whether your interest is in tennis, table tennis, netball, football or something else - we look forward to seeing you. All sessions are free of charge, kindly supported by funding from Sport England.
